Art advisory

Buying art shouldn't feel like an exam. EL ART DEALER's advisory is included in each work's public price: professional judgment, guaranteed authenticity, and logistics handled, with no separate fees.

01

New collectors

Your first original work, without fear: we start from your space and your budget — not from impressive names —, explain why each piece costs what it costs, and you decide without pressure, with a free 48-hour hold.

02

Interior design & corporate projects

Art per project for residences, offices, hotels, and practices: visual proposals over photos or renders of your space, gallery terms for volume, delivery and installation coordinated.

03

International logistics

Professional art packing, export documentation from Panama, and door-to-door insurance at invoice value. Your work arrives intact — or the insurance answers, not you.

The process

From conversation to wall

  1. 01

    Conversation

Tell us what you're looking for on WhatsApp: space, budget, intention. No endless forms, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Curated proposal

Pablo presents 3–5 works with their story, price, and how they'd look in your space. Video call in front of the work if you want a closer look.

  3. 03

    Decision without pressure

Free 48-hour hold, ask the uncomfortable questions, consult your designer. Art is bought once; it is lived with for decades.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Secure USD payment, signed certificate of authenticity, insured shipping, and coordinated installation. And the gallery is still there afterwards.

How much does the advisory cost?

Zero extra: as in any serious gallery, Pablo Vaca's curation and guidance are included in each work's public price (the primary-market standard is that the gallery participates in the price, not that it bills the buyer). You pay the same as buying alone — with professional judgment, certificate, and logistics included.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Pablo Vaca's advisory cost?
Nothing extra: curation and guidance are included in each work's public price, as in any serious gallery. You pay the same as buying alone, but with professional judgment, guaranteed authenticity, and logistics handled.
I know nothing about art. Can I still start?
That is exactly the most common case. We start from your space and your budget — from a few hundred dollars — not from artist names. Pablo shows you options, explains why each work costs what it costs, and you decide without pressure. The first WhatsApp or video-call conversation costs nothing.
Do you work with interior designers, architects, and companies?
Yes. We select work per project (residences, offices, hotels, and practices), present visual proposals over photos or renders of the space, and coordinate delivery and installation. Multi-piece projects receive special gallery terms.
Can I see the work before buying if I'm not in Panama?
Yes: we schedule a video call in front of the actual work — natural light, texture details, verso and signature — and send extra photos and video of the piece's exact condition. If you are in Panama, we arrange a private viewing.
Is art a good investment?
Art is first an asset you enjoy; appreciation is possible but never guaranteed. The honest answer: buy work you want to see every day, at fair primary-market price, with certificate and invoice. If the artist's career grows, your collection grows; if not, you still live with art you love. Our investing guide explains how prices are formed.
