The story

Three curved metal planes, their surface reddish-brown and stained with black, rise together on a rectangular base: the left one tall and narrow, the central one wider and opening upward, the right one a half-disc separated from the rest by a vertical slit.

Together, the edges of the planes trace an almost circular outline. The base has two levels, the upper in the same tone and the lower black.

Why this work?

This untitled sculpture by Ingrid Lozano is a bronze measuring 27.5 × 21 × 15 cm: three curved planes with a reddish-brown surface, separated by a slit, on a two-level base. A unique piece, selected by Pablo Vaca for EL ART DEALER for its synthesis of forms.

In your space
