The story

An almost white landscape: a band of pale blue crosses the centre like water, and above it runs a thin line of small patches of color — greens, reds, ochres — that looks like a coast or a distant village.

The sky and the foreground are whites and creams, with a rough, cracked surface, and patches of blue, violet and brown appear below. The signature, with the number «16» beside it, is at the lower right.

Why this work?

This untitled work by Ramón Vásquez Brito is a mixed media piece measuring 12 × 14 cm: an almost white landscape with a band of blue water and a line of small patches of color on the horizon, with a rough surface. A unique, signed work, selected by Pablo Vaca for EL ART DEALER for its light.

In your space

Small and pale: a bedroom, a fine bathroom or a corner with good natural light.
